I’m going to tell you something about the “Best time to buy a car”. Best time for buying a car is after this end of lockdown. Let me tell you an example, if you are going to buy a car of your budget at 12 Lakhs, then this is the time to buy. Because after the lockdown, the price of the particular car may come around 10L to 11L. Then you will be benefited by minimum of 1 lakhs (benefits depends on the car) applicable only for BS4 cars.
The reason behind this is, GOVERNMENT OF INDIA has ordered AUTOMOBILE MANUFACTURERS IN INDIA to stop the production of BS4 engines and intimated them to sell all the cars on or before MARCH 31, 2020. Due to COVID’19, all the car showrooms were under lockdown. So the final date for selling the BS4 engine cars has been extended. Many news channels collected the report about the overall count of BS4 vehicles, and the result counts are huge in number. Many car showrooms around India had more number of BS4 vehicles in stock.
You may think like, BS6 engine cars are in market then why should I buy this BS4 engine car? The simple reason is “All BS4 cars will be sold before the final date fixed by government of India, so you can grab your dream new car at an attractive offer”. While comparing BS4 and BS6 some emission standards has been established. So the best time to buy your own car is surely after this lockdown period. If the lockdown ends at May 17, 2020 the time given to sell the BS4 cars will be maximum of 1 month.
